Co-founded by Ray Sieradzki and Paul Gibbs, Twisted Taco began as a single full-service restaurant in midtown Atlanta in 2002 with a simple mission: great food, great times, and fresh ingredients done right. What started as one neighborhood favorite has grown into multiple locations throughout Atlanta and an ever-expanding national presence on college campuses.

At Twisted Taco, we’re a tacos-first concept serving more than 20 boldly flavored taco varieties while also offering house-made salsas and guacamole, handcrafted margaritas, and Tex-Mex favorites like sizzling fajitas, overstuffed burritos, vibrant salads, and shareable nacho platters. Every dish comes with a signature “twist” you won’t find anywhere else.

We’re equally committed to quality and responsibility, sourcing ingredients locally whenever possible and leading the way in green practices, including sustainable products like compostable to-go boxes.

Building on this success, Ray and Paul are proud to introduce Twisted Taco Express, their newest concept that delivers the same fan-favorite flavors and tacos-first menu in a fast, campus-friendly format.
